Giovanni Giamminola

Creator of Systemic Zero and a pioneer of AI-First Leadership

Giovanni Giamminola is one of the few European executives who has turned three decades of CEO experience in billion-euro companies into a new discipline of leadership for the age of AI agents.

He is the creator of Systemic Zero, the first cognitive model that integrates intuition, analytical thinking and artificial intelligence into a unified mental pipeline for leaders. His research on Hybrid Neuroplasticity and AI-augmented cognition has been developed through academic studies and published internationally.

Today he works with Boards and Executive Teams to redesign strategy, governance and decision-making architectures for an AI-First world. His method — at the intersection of leadership, neuroscience and agentic AI — helps companies build cognitive operating systems, accelerate transformation and activate AI safely and strategically.

Giovanni is affiliated fellow at UCL School of Management, London – Centre for Sustainable Business and the author of The Augmented Manager and The Augmented Brand.
